Only Slightly Less Painful Than Shatner.

Release The Crescat! Pt. II.

From a Facebook post by Kat:

I've gotten some wonderful & generous donations but I'm still about $400 shy of airfare. I've asked my priest & the diocese but haven't been to do anything but leave voice mails & send emails.

Come on folks! Pony up!

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."

The Gospel reading yesterday says that Jesus was crucified with two "revolutionaries". Somehow, I don't think that is the true meaning. Someone is imposing modern concepts on the Scripture.

Expecting Lots Of Folks For Mass This Weekend.

I wish that it was to principally celebrate the Passion of the Lord. However, I think it has more to do with free stuff and palm origami.

Release The Crescat!

The Crescat gets to be one of the cool kids and go to a blogger meeting in Rome sponsored by the Pontifical Council of Social Communications. (I am going to try to bribe her into give Rocco Palma a wedgie.) In spite of the danger to the Swiss Guard, I think she should go and we should help her. Consider heading over and making a donation to her travel fund.

You Win A Valuable Major Prize!
